hey guys.
had a good weekend :D hope you all did too.
I had my brother and his missus down on sunday and we had a great pub lunch then back to my house where I gave Carol (brothers missus) a helping hand with her pastel work. She has been going to an art class for a few weeks now but they get no instruction at all, so she asked me to help her out. anyroad she was happy with what she had produced so good day for all.
Heres my effort from the couple of hours.

And very good too, doesn't sound much like a class if there is no instruction, trade description act and all that :)

Good. How big was the image you worked from and then to?

Hiya guys
Cherry, I am only self taught in all the mediums I use. I think thats why I jump around so much to try to find something that suits me.

Julia, The image we worked from was 10x6 and the finished image is 16x12.

It was a little guidence to Carol on how to be loose and expressive as she was using them a little tight and like pencils.
